Shipping Policy:

• We shall work towards delivering the products between 7 and 10 working days further receipt of the order.

​

• There could be unforeseen delays and our endeavor would be to expedite shipments.

​

• Several of the products in the portfolio are hand made and there could arise situations where the product is not in stock due to longer lead time. In the event of the same, we shall inform you.

​

• We reserve the right to cancel the orders based on availability of stock for which you would be given an intimation and refund will be initiated accordingly.

​

• Delivery of the products would require the person to sign on delivery as acknowledgment.

​

Payment terms:

​

• Goods are dispatched after receipt of Payment.

​

• We have tie up with Razor Pay and accept leading Credit Card, Debit Cards.

​

• We do not offer cash on delivery option.

​

Shipping rates and delivery time:

​

• Shipping is free for products of total value over Rs 1100 including taxes.

​

• For Orders less than Rs 1100 including taxes a total Charge of Rs 125 would be levied for Logistics.

​

• The terms of delivery are for shipments within India for Individual Orders .

​
